Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Developer – Automotive Industry to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Develop and validate test cases based on technical safety requirements.
  • Perform hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, specifically using ETAS HIL rigs.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 standards for functional safety.
  • Conduct testing on safety-critical systems, including powertrain and engine management systems.
  • Utilize Jira for managing assignments and tracking ticket flow.
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to refine test strategies.

What you bring:

  • Strong understanding of ISO 26262 and its application in automotive systems.
  • Experience with safety-critical systems, particularly in powertrain or engine management.
  • Hands-on experience in HIL testing and familiarity with ETAS HIL rigs.
  • Previous work in testing engine or gearbox management systems.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and validate safety requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.

Preferred experience:

  • Familiarity with client systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of the TACO interface for HIL testing.
