Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Requirement Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and development teams to ensure that the requirements are feasible and effective
  • Create process maps and flow charts to visualize requirements
  • Participate in requirements gathering meetings and sprint planning
  • Ensure traceability and follow-up of requirements throughout the development cycle
  • Contribute to requirements management processes and tools

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in IT or e-commerce
  • Strong ability to structure and document requirements in the form of user stories
  • Communicative team player with experience in agile methods
  • Knowledge of tools such as Doors, Jira, or similar tools
  • Fluent in English and swedish
