Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Lead and execute critical projects in energy solutions and electrification, ensuring smooth operations and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Work closely with operations teams, aligning projects with installation, logistics, and scaling efforts.
- Identify risks and challenges, proactively mitigate issues, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
- Optimize project workflows, resources, and execution strategies for efficiency and scalability.
- Support the deployment and operationalization of solutions in new markets, ensuring smooth rollouts.
- Plan, lead, and execute key projects, ensuring on-time delivery and operational excellence.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or strategy execution, preferably in energy, mobility, or infrastructure.
- Strong ability to plan, structure, and lead projects, ensuring clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Experience working with operations teams, managing large-scale project execution.
- Ability to break down complex challenges, analyze key metrics, and drive data-driven decisions.
- Experience in a fast-moving, scaleup environment, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to align internal teams and external partners.
