Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior RF Board Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Design motherboard layouts for radio products, focusing on RF signal integrity and power efficiency
  • Conduct EM layout simulations and optimize designs accordingly
  • Develop matching networks for uplink and downlink operations
  • Integrate and configure radio components during the design phase
  • Perform comprehensive radio performance tests to ensure product quality and compliance
  • Collaborate with hardware designers and RF engineers to integrate board designs with the overall radio system
  • Address and resolve design challenges throughout the development process

What you bring:

  • Proficiency in RF motherboard design and signal processing
  • Experience with EM simulation tools and techniques
  • Strong knowledge of matching network design and RF component integration
  • Skilled in debugging and optimizing board designs
  • Ability to conduct and interpret comprehensive radio performance tests
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in RF board design and development
  • Hands-on experience with RF applications and measurement instruments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
