Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Development Leader to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Coordinate and lead the procurement of human samples together with two colleagues, ensuring availability for product development and quality control.
Establish and maintain collaborations with external suppliers and partners.
Search, compile, and analyze data using the internal laboratory data system.
Manage incoming samples and ensure accurate registration in the database.
Contribute to the team’s quality work and business development.

What you bring:

University degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and oral.
Strong collaboration skills with clear and effective communication.
Reliability, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
Experience in procurement of biologicals, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Background in working within cross-functional environments.
Experience in regulatory and quality-related activities and product development within life sciences.
Knowledge of immunology, ISO standards, and IVD regulations is a plus.
