Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Support and maintain automation systems within large-scale chemical production.
Lead and execute automation-related activities to enhance system functionality and reliability.
Participate in projects to ensure compliance with site automation standards and strategies.
Develop automation solutions that improve operator experience and production output.
Collaborate with system suppliers to establish routines, documentation, and technical support.
Integrate automation systems with other production and digitalization tools.
Work in a learning-oriented team, sharing expertise and supporting colleagues.

What You Bring:

Degree in a relevant technical field or extensive experience in automation and production environments.
Expertise in DCS systems, preferably ABB 800xA.
Experience in system integration and automation support.
Strong interest in digitalization and continuous improvement.
Ability to document and communicate effectively in both Swedish and English.
Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to system reliability.
Experience in process industries, support operations, and system administration is a plus.
Familiarity with 800xA, Unicorn, PAS-X, and Oracle is advantageous.
