Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Ensure design specifications, supplier selection, and equipment performance align with GMP requirements and robust technical solutions
Select the right technology, conduct capacity test calculations, and size equipment accordingly
Develop and review URS to ensure technical accuracy for calibration and qualification activities
Lead risk reviews to establish a safe and compliant manufacturing process
Collaborate with procurement to identify qualified suppliers and evaluate quotations
Work with suppliers, design firms, and engineering teams to ensure process integration
Review and approve technical documentation
Lead FAT processes and assess equipment readiness for delivery
Provide technical support during qualification and validation phases

What you bring:

Extensive experience in tablet manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry
Deep expertise in GMP-compliant technical solutions and process optimization
Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Proven ability to lead risk assessments and ensure process safety
Experience in supplier evaluation, equipment selection, and FAT execution
Ability to work cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, and validation teams
Detail-oriented mindset with a structured approach to reviewing technical documentation
Fluent in English and Swedish.
