Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design mechanical solutions for machine design projects in the manufacturing industry
Apply extensive knowledge of standards and calculations to ensure high-quality designs
Independently manage tasks and assignments while contributing effectively to project teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the project
Define and set technical requirements for suppliers, ensuring compliance and quality
Plan, implement, and follow up on work in a structured and organized manner
Work on-site in Oxelösund with the possibility of remote work two days a week

What you bring:

5–10 years of documented experience as a mechanical designer with relevant education
Strong background in machine design within the manufacturing industry
Extensive knowledge of industry standards and engineering calculations
Proven ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion
Excellent teamwork and communication skills across different disciplines
Experience in setting supplier requirements and ensuring project deliverables
Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
