Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Supplier Quality Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Act as the primary interface between suppliers and project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and strong collaboration
Develop and implement supplier oversight plans aimed at mitigating project risks effectively
Evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure they meet specific project requirements and align with customer expectations
Coordinate witness and inspection schedules with suppliers for both Siemens Energy and customer quality checkpoints
Review and validate supplier quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, certificates, and declarations
Conduct pre-inspection meetings with suppliers to ensure alignment on quality expectations and compliance requirements

What you bring:

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Swedish is highly desirable
Experience or background in the design, manufacture, or operation of rotating machinery, boilers, or within the process industry
Familiarity with standards such as CE-marking, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, and EU LVD is considered a strong asset
A structured, communicative, and collaborative approach with the ability to drive cross-functional project initiatives
Previous experience in product quality assurance and a solid understanding of project execution processes
