Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Coordinate internal administrative workflows in specific projects in close collaboration with the Project Manager and Commercial Project Manager
- Manage cross-functional coordination between quality, logistics, purchasing, and documentation teams within the project
- Report project status related to cost, schedule, and resource utilization to the Project Manager and Commercial Project Manager
- Participate in and contribute to the Project Management Core Team and Management Team activities
- Support the development of project-specific strategies and execution concepts in alignment with the PM/CPM
- Prepare, moderate, and follow up on weekly customer meetings as agreed with PMs and Project Engineering Manager
- Participate actively in project financial and risk reviews
- Draft official customer correspondence, including supporting documentation, for review and approval by PM or Global Project Manager
- Report deviations, execution issues, and project constraints clearly, including options, cost/time impact, and recommendations
- Collect and consolidate information from project team members to enable timely and effective decision-making at the coordination or management level
- Identify and communicate resource or competence gaps to the Project Manager or relevant line management
- Escalate internal process limitations or cross-functional interface challenges to the Project Manager or appropriate line functions
What you bring:
- Educational background at college level or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating, managing, and administrating project teams within equipment delivery projects
- Proven ability to maintain timelines, meet quality standards, and support contractual compliance
- Strong communication skills with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in complex project environments with multiple stakeholders and information flows
- Commitment to delivering high-quality results and improving work execution processes wherever possible
