Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Information Security Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding information security and compliance
Improve and streamline processes for customer security assessments
Manage and coordinate IT security incidents and responses
Provide expert advice on compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
Analyze systems and processes to identify security improvements
Act as the primary contact and coordinator for IT audits
Evaluate IT suppliers’ security and compliance; manage supplier assessment processes
Lead nano-learning initiatives on information security and monitor progress
Advise on validation strategies and scope for computerized systems in a medical device environment
Drive validation processes and methodologies to ensure regulatory compliance

What you bring:

Solid experience in information security, risk management, IT audit, and compliance
Strong technical background in IT infrastructure and security
In-depth knowledge of regulations and standards including ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, Cybersecurity Resilience Act, data privacy regulations, and the Medical Device Directive
Familiarity with validation practices in regulated environments
Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001, CIPT, or COBIT are highly meriting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
