Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and follow up on technical implementation projects within regional network management in central Sweden
- Take overall responsibility within the agreed project framework regarding finances, schedule, functionality, and quality
- Manage projects of varying size, complexity, and uncertainty (e.g. categorized as small, medium, large, or coordination projects)
- Motivate and engage project members to collaborate and deliver results according to set goals
- Manage and be responsible for the project’s resources, expertise, equipment, conditions, methods, and tools
- Proactively manage opportunities and risks in the project
- Represent the project and the organization externally
- Serve as mentor or sounding board for junior project managers
What you bring:
- Academic degree or equivalent education
- More than 10 years of experience in project management and operations within technical environments
- Broad experience in the energy or infrastructure industry, including leadership of large, complex assignments
- Extensive experience organizing and leading meetings with contractors, designers, clients, end customers, and other stakeholders
- Proven ability to keep stakeholders informed and updated throughout the project lifecycle
- Strong experience leading project teams in technical environments
- Solid knowledge of AMA Construction and AMA Electricity, as well as AB 04 and ABT 06 regulations
- Documented experience of at least five cable and/or overhead line projects of 70 kV or higher in the execution phase, with AMA applied in at least three projects
- Valid ESA training certificate (EBR ESA-E1 Electrical Work or equivalent); or ability to provide within 30 days
- Valid BAS-P and BAS-U training certificates; or ability to provide within 30 days
- Proven track record with at least three AMA-procured projects
- Documented experience in collaborative projects with other network owners and external stakeholders
- Experience with both overhead line and cable infrastructure projects
Beneficial experience:
- Background in projects located in larger urban environments
- Previous procurement experience as a project manager within energy distribution contexts
- Familiarity with standard construction processes and technical guidelines in the sector
