Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Quality Manager – QMIP to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor production quality activities within the Finspång factory
Act as the main point of contact for project quality within internal production
Ensure effective execution and prioritization of quality-related tasks on site
Organize and manage customer witnessing activities during production
Secure adherence to and continuous improvement of internal and external quality standards
Collect, review, and manage quality documentation such as QRL, QCP, ICR, and other relevant records
Support overall project execution through structured quality assurance processes and collaboration with key stakeholders

What you bring:

Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, power, or process engineering, or equivalent background
2–5 years of professional experience, preferably within a quality organization
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish
Experience or educational background related to the design, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery is an advantage
Additional language skills such as French, Spanish, or Arabic are a plus
Structured, cooperative, and proactive personality with strong organizational skills
Strong team player with excellent communication abilities and a drive to move projects forward
