Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System & Application Test Engineer – Robotics & Automation to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Execute comprehensive testing on complete systems, including software, electronics, and robotic manipulators running various applications
Set up robot cells and develop robot programs
Develop and run test cases to ensure functionality, reliability, and quality
Write detailed and structured test specifications
Drive collaboration with Global Solution Centers to derive test configurations and test specifications
Coordinate with product owners to understand expectations and manage promotional content such as videos and photos
Lead and implement process improvements within the testing and development process
Ensure effective communication and synchronization among all relevant stakeholders

What you bring:

0–2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with another technical degree
Hands-on experience in testing automation equipment and robotic systems
Knowledge of RAPID and C# programming (level open to discussion)
Familiarity with robot systems and electronics hardware
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Swedish proficiency is highly desirable
Structured, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to work
