Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior PLM Trainer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and create comprehensive training materials for both classroom and online training within the PLM domain
- Drive training strategies and methodologies within the MGT organization to ensure consistent and effective knowledge transfer
- Coordinate, plan, and deliver training sessions to large audiences, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention
- Train and mentor assistant trainers in effective pedagogical methods to support long-term training capacity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training content with business processes and system functionality
- Continuously assess and improve training content and methods based on learner feedback and evolving organizational needs
- Potentially support coordination and leadership of user acceptance testing (UAT) activities depending on experience
- Plan and lead UAT sessions, including the creation of test strategies, test cases, test data, and test cycles for PLM systems
- Coordinate and lead teams of up to 20 testers in recurring test cycles, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of testing outcomes
What you bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in training and educating large organizations, specifically within the PLM domain
- Strong pedagogical and instructional design skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Solid knowledge of PLM systems and related business processes
- Experience coordinating and delivering both in-person and online training programs
- Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational abilities
- Proven experience in planning and leading UAT or similar structured testing activities is a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English
