Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design and drive the technical architecture for an integrated end-to-end solution supporting Financial Management, Time Management, and Portfolio & Project Management within R&D
- Ensure seamless data flow and integration between SAP, ERP, and legacy systems in a complex IT environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders from R&D, Finance, and IT to ensure architectural alignment with strategic business goals
- Maintain and evolve the architectural roadmap, enabling future enhancements and system scalability
- Support development teams and guide solution implementation across a global organization
- Contribute to the overall IT strategy by promoting modern, sustainable, and scalable architectural practices
What you bring:
- Proven experience in system architecture with a focus on ERP and complex system integrations
- Strong technical background in IT application integration and tools related to portfolio or resource management
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in agile environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains
- Experience working in international and cross-functional teams
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Several years of experience in system design and technical leadership
- Experience leading or coordinating technical teams is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Swedish, Portuguese, or German is a plus
