Senior Backend Developer – Cloud & DevOps - 12434

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer – Cloud & DevOps Focus to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop and maintain scalable backend services in a cloud-native environment using TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js)
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend and external systems
Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB, optimizing data structures and performance
Participate in code reviews, implement unit tests, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
Enhance system architecture and support automation initiatives
Collaborate closely with cross-functional DevOps teams, architects, and stakeholders
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends within backend and cloud development

What you bring:

5–10+ years of experience in backend development
Strong expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js)
Experience with Java is considered a plus
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Proven experience with AWS and modern cloud technologies including Lambda, Docker, and serverless frameworks
Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases and performance tuning
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and DevOps practices
Independent, quality-focused, and confident in taking technical ownership
Fluency in both Swedish and English
