Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Execute and improve testing of embedded systems and software
  • Develop and maintain structured test processes and methodologies
  • Design and implement automated test scripts using Python
  • Write clear and comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test reports
  • Use Git for version control and collaboration with development teams
  • Track and manage tasks and defects using Jira
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and traceability

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in testing embedded systems
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks, preferably in Python
  • Strong skills in writing clear technical documentation and test reports
  • Proficiency with Git and Jira in a professional development environment
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Master of Science in Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to work on site at the customer’s premises
