Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with customer expectations and organizational goals
- Lead daily activities as Scrum Master, facilitating agile development processes within cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Coordinate internal software and hardware teams to meet project milestones and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Report project performance and updates to both internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring consistent communication
What you bring:
- Over 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the automotive industry
- Solid background in managing projects involving ADAS and autonomous driving (AD) technologies
- Proven experience in risk management and resource planning
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master guiding agile product development teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise reports for internal and external audiences
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and project alignment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
