Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior ITFM & CSDM Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the IT Financial Management (ITFM) initiative and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Align financial and service management strategies with business and IT objectives
- Implement ITFM processes, frameworks, and tools to improve cost transparency, invoicing accuracy, and financial accountability
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business Unit stakeholders to collect requirements and promote adoption of service data models and ITFM practices
- Translate financial and business needs into effective technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time and structured delivery in coordination with suppliers
What you bring:
- Proven leadership experience in IT Financial Management (ITFM) or Technology Business Management (TBM) initiatives
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of implementing financial solutions in IT environments
- Expertise in cost modeling, budgeting, forecasting, service modeling, and chargeback/showback models
- Ability to connect financial practices with service-centric data structures for improved transparency and strategic decision-making
- Highly structured, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to bridge technical and financial teams
- Experience with enterprise financial systems and ServiceNow is preferred
- Familiarity with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) is a plus
- TBM/ITFM certifications are advantageous
- Demonstrated independence, high competence in the role, and ability to lead smaller groups or sub-areas
