Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior GMP Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead one or more capital investment projects within engineering, quality, and tablet manufacturing.
Take full ownership of project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring successful delivery.
Drive projects with a strong focus on safety, health, environment, technology, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams throughout all project phases.
Maintain effective stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with internal and external requirements.
Navigate complex organizational structures and regulatory frameworks to achieve project goals.
Deliver clear and accurate project reporting, tracking milestones, risks, and financial performance.

What you bring:

Proven experience in managing capital projects with full responsibility for scope, time, function, and cost.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with GMP requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in complex organizational environments.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and communicate at all levels.
Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Educational background with a bachelor’s or master’s degree relevant to engineering or life sciences.
Certification as a project manager, such as CAPM or IPMA D.
Experience in automation and/or quality control is considered a strong advantage.
