Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Tester to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on
- Take ownership of the test automation framework, built using Squish and Python
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases to ensure product quality and reliability
- Perform manual testing and hands-on verification of the software product running on Linux workstations
- Write and review test specifications, ensuring alignment with system requirements
- Contribute to the overall verification process, including test planning, execution, and reporting
- Collaborate with team members in a Scrum environment to support continuous integration and delivery
- Participate in cross-functional activities such as requirement specification writing and risk analysis
- Provide senior-level testing expertise to the scrum team, guiding best practices and quality assurance efforts
What you bring
- Strong experience in test automation and test frameworks, particularly with Python and Squish
- Proficiency in working within a Linux environment
- Solid understanding of the full software verification lifecycle, including both manual and automated testing
- Experience writing and reviewing test and requirement specifications
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and active participation in Scrum teams
- Ability to quickly adapt and take ownership of existing test frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
- Experience in regulated industries is a strong plus
