Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Production Planner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Support and optimize master planning and production planning processes for manufacturing clients
Collaborate closely with customer teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective planning solutions
Analyze existing planning workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
Design and implement sustainable planning processes tailored to operational and strategic goals
Work within enterprise business systems to align planning processes with system capabilities, particularly within IFS
Engage in regular dialogue with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and continuous process improvement

What you bring

Extensive experience in master planning and production planning, preferably in the manufacturing sector
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chains, and operational dynamics
Proficiency in enterprise business systems, with preference for prior experience with IFS
Ability to analyze and refine planning processes for operational excellence
Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer-facing and cross-functional roles
A proactive, structured, and solution-focused approach to driving continuous improvement
Fluent in English and Swedish.
