Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automotive – Technical Project Leader to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives within gearbox integration across various truck brands
Act as Assignment Manager for “Red Arrow” aftermarket issues, ensuring structured problem-solving and efficient follow-up
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, service, and product management
Be onsite approximately 50% of the time in Södertälje, working directly with key stakeholders
Drive continuous improvements and align development efforts across multiple brands and departments

What you bring:

Engineering degree or equivalent background
2–6 years of relevant work experience
Proven skills in mechanical engineering, particularly product and machine design
Experience in project coordination or assignment management roles
Strong communication skills in English; Swedish is considered a plus
Experience in drivetrain development and mechanical design is meritorious
Familiarity with the customer’s internal processes is an advantage
Structured, proactive mindset with a drive for improvement and collaboration
