Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Performance Group Engineer – Engine Calibration to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Calibrate and run engines in a test cell environment, ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports documenting results, findings, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with performance group leaders and team members on FQs, PCRs, and certifications.
  • Drive assigned project responsibilities forward, addressing advanced technical challenges.
  • Work within red arrow projects, requiring frequent on-site presence at the customer location.

What you bring:

  • Engineering background with professional experience in engine testing.
  • Hands-on expertise in engine calibration, with strong technical understanding.
  • Familiarity with the customer’s systems and workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven and proactive approach to advancing project deliverables.
