Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior GD&T Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Support a team of process engineers with Design for Assembly tasks.
  • Apply expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and tolerance chain analysis to improve design and manufacturing outcomes.
  • Analyze manufacturability of battery concepts during the development phase.
  • Perform detailed tolerance calculations for battery manufacturing processes.
  • Deliver training sessions for engineers on GD&T principles and tolerance chain analysis.

What you bring:

  • Several years of hands-on experience in GD&T and tolerance chain analysis.
  • Strong background in manufacturing industry practices, with battery development experience considered a valuable asset.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex design and manufacturing challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to train and mentor engineers.
