Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior AI Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and coordinate the technical AI work within SPSM’s strategic AI initiative
- Develop and manage the agency’s target architecture for AI
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI platforms and tools, including hybrid and cloud-based solutions
- Drive the development of AI assistants, agent frameworks, and AI integrations
- Establish frameworks and guidelines for agent design, APIs, data integration, and model selection
- Collaborate with IT, information security, legal, and business teams to ensure compliance with GDPR, the AI Act, and other regulations
- Ensure that AI solutions meet accessibility, security, and legal requirements
- Document and communicate technical decisions to internal stakeholders and digitalization councils
What you bring:
- Proven technical expertise in generative AI, ML, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and relevant AI frameworks
- Documented experience in developing digital solutions in a leading role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio) or equivalent platforms
- Strong background in AI and cloud/hybrid system architecture
- Knowledge of no-code and low-code solutions
- Good understanding of responsible AI principles and regulatory frameworks such as the AI Act
- Familiarity with digital accessibility standards and practices
- Demonstrated experience leading similar assignments from start to finish
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical reasoning into clear decision-making data
- Personal qualities including independence, structured documentation, initiative, solution orientation, and the ability to connect technology choices to business goals and user needs
