Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Object Leader – Suspension Systems to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the technical development of suspension systems from early-phase concept to industrialization for the Chinese industrial hub
• Manage and coordinate technical projects, ensuring clarity, structure, and progress in uncertain and complex environments
• Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams to align requirements and deliverables
• Drive decision-making and create focus to ensure timely and successful project execution

What you bring:

• MSc in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent education
• Proven experience in leading technical projects, preferably within suspension systems or related domains
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience in supplier management
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Swedish or Chinese language skills are considered a merit
• Previous knowledge of development processes at the client is highly meritorious
