Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Cobol Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Contribute to the development and maintenance of core COBOL applications within equity and savings trading
Work with business-critical applications such as AKTIV and NORA to ensure high availability and reliability
Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement solutions
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system functionality to support trading operations
Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices in financial systems development

What you bring:

Solid experience as a COBOL developer, preferably within the financial sector
Proven expertise with the application AKTIV (equity trading engine) or NORA
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex, business-critical systems
Experience in problem-solving, performance tuning, and debugging in COBOL environments
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
Fluency in English, both spoken and written; Swedish is considered meritorious
