Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead and support an existing development team working according to lean-agile principles
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure continuous improvement in ways of working
  • Foster collaboration within the team and across the organization
  • Act as a coach to guide the team in agile practices and principles
  • Enable transparency, alignment, and focus towards delivering business value
  • Help the team navigate challenges, resolve conflicts, and thrive in a dynamic environment

What you bring:

  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role within IT development
  • Strong understanding of lean-agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Technical background or extensive experience in leading and coaching development teams
  • Preferably prior experience as a developer combined with senior agile leadership experience
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong collaborations across the organization
  • Coaching leadership style with the courage to handle conflicts constructively
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced, flexible environment with strong development focus
