Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project & Facility Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Prepare and plan preventive (FU) and corrective (AU) maintenance activities
- Manage procurement of services and spare parts related to FU/AU work
- Participate in both large and small projects within apparatus and engine testing
- Ensure assignments are delivered within budget, scope, and schedule
- Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with standards and project requirements
- Contribute to the operational development of company processes and routines
- Work flexibly across office-based tasks and hands-on activities at the facility
- Take responsibility for quality, environmental, and work environment aspects in projects
- Create and update technical drawings using NX and AutoCAD
What you bring:
- Academic degree in engineering or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate formally
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance is an advantage
- Familiarity with CAD tools (NX, AutoCAD) is a plus
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative in managing tasks
- Proactive, fearless, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to balance structured work methods with flexibility in dynamic environments
- Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills
- High personal suitability with a strong commitment to delivering results
