Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

  • Plan, execute, and follow up on validations and tests, ensuring decisions are data-driven
  • Take responsibility for the test laboratory and its equipment
  • Independently perform and evaluate tests, including load testing, force measurements, life tests, and assessments of electronics and software
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the product development and testing processes

What you bring

  • Technical engineering degree with relevant industry experience
  • Previous experience working in project-based environments, ideally with improvement work
  • Strong ability to combine theory and practice in testing and validation activities
  • Independent, structured, and quality-focused approach to work
  • Analytical and creative mindset with a natural drive to solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international environment
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
