Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Installation Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

  • Lead and coordinate daily assembly and installation activities on site
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, safety procedures, and work environment requirements
  • Manage schedules, resources, and material flow to secure project progress
  • Report status, progress, and deviations to project management
  • Participate in construction meetings and collaborate with other technical disciplines
  • Take responsibility for documentation, self-checks, and quality assurance

What you bring

  • Background as an assembly supervisor, supervisor, or equivalent in electrical installation
  • Electrical education (minimum high school level); authorization is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of electrical installations in industry or construction projects
  • Proven leadership skills in coordinating teams and subcontractors
  • Eligibility for and ability to pass security screening
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Meritorious: experience in safety-classified environments, construction law, work environment legislation, and digital documentation systems
