Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Data & Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Contribute to the development of a Digital Twin that mirrors operational business processes, enabling scalable insights and improved efficiency
- Design and implement a system that allows users to view, enter, edit, and approve items with strong focus on usability and reliability
- Develop and maintain robust databases, ensuring integrity, performance, and proper relationships between data structures
- Set up integrations with other systems, including dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), to provide seamless data flow and visualization
- Manage coding, database management, and data migration in line with IT best practices
- Support the adoption and use of process modeling tools (e.g., ARIS), contributing to effective process documentation and optimization
What you bring:
- Experience working in large-scale organizations, with strong ability to navigate complex environments
- Proven full-stack development expertise, covering front-end, back-end, UI, and database management
- Solid track record in information and data management, including integration, migration, and ingestion
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and drive improvements in functions and functionality
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions
- Willingness to learn and apply new tools such as ARIS for process modeling
- Master of Science degree or equivalent professional experience
- Full professional proficiency in English; Swedish language skills are meriting
- Knowledge of financial services organizations is an advantage
