Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Laser Welding Expertise to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead industrialization projects with a focus on welding processes and electrical components in transmission production.
Serve as a technical contact for internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring smooth project execution.
Define and clarify project plans, goals, and technical requirements for project members.
Ensure the efficient implementation of new production solutions with high technical quality.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in production to drive projects forward.
Take ownership of projects in areas where the organization has limited prior experience, providing guidance and expertise.

What you bring:

Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
Several years of experience in laser welding within an industrial environment.
Proven experience in project management for production and industrialization projects.
Technical understanding of electrical machines and electrified drivelines is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple functions.
Capacity to take ownership of complex projects from feasibility study to implementation.
Ability to work at a high pace in a dynamic production environment.
