Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Business Change Management Strategy & Framework to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Develop an overarching agile business change management strategy and framework for the CAD/vPDM environment supporting over 13,000 global users
Define KPIs and success measures with feedback loops to drive continuous improvement
Create a practical playbook with templates for communication, stakeholder mapping, and impact assessments
Develop onboarding and training concepts to build leadership and team capability in change adoption
Deliver a documented and anchored Business Change Management strategy and framework (with Traton layout)
Prepare a roll-out plan including education and supporting material to secure adoption

What you bring

At least 5 years of proven experience and a strong track record in business change management strategy within large, global organizations
Expertise in defining KPIs and embedding change management practices in agile delivery models
Strong ability to develop and implement practical tools, frameworks, and training programs
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively across cultures, roles, and organizational levels
