Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop backend and frontend components for advanced tools and applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions
- Interpret epics and user stories while maintaining awareness of the broader product and business context
- Design and implement new features and functionalities to support connected solutions within a microservices architecture
- Deploy, operate, and maintain the portal and its backend services with a focus on continuous improvement in quality, functionality, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, bridging technical and business needs through clear communication
- Contribute to architectural discussions and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Drive innovation by proactively identifying areas for process improvement and implementing effective solutions
What you bring:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer, with demonstrable work or personal projects showcasing strong technical skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, React Hooks, Redux, RTL queries, and TypeScript
- Strong experience with Java 11, Spring Boot, JMS, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous server-side programming
- Hands-on expertise in microservices architecture and integration technologies, including API gateways and APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- Practical experience with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with AWS managed services such as SNS, SQS, Lambda, and other cloud resources
- Proficiency in source control systems like GIT
- Strong problem-solving skills, accountability, and ownership of deliverables
- Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- A proactive, curious, and innovative mindset with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- (Nice to have) University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- (Nice to have) Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and AI tools such as AWS Q and Copilot
