Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior AWS Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design and build advanced data pipelines to support scalable insights and efficient business processes
- Develop interactive and adaptable dashboards and report visualizations, primarily using Microsoft Power BI
- Ensure seamless data migration and ingestion by setting up integrations with other systems and platforms
- Apply best practices in coding, database management, and architecture in alignment with IT department standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that provide tailored user experiences
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a Digital Twin for the organization, enabling end-to-end process visibility
- Work with platforms such as AWS and Snowflake for data storage, processing, and analytics
- Utilize or learn process modeling tools (e.g., ARIS) to complement data-driven insights
- Deliver results incrementally, allowing continuous improvement and scalability of solutions
What you bring:
- Proven experience in building data pipelines and developing report visualizations for large-scale organizations
- Strong technical skills in both front-end and back-end development, including UI design and database management with relationships
- Hands-on expertise with AWS, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power BI
- Experience in integrating systems, enabling smooth data migration and ingestion processes
- Familiarity with process modeling tools such as ARIS, or willingness to learn
- Academic background with a Master of Science degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in English at a professional level; Swedish proficiency is meriting
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements and take initiative
- Strong focus on delivering incremental, high-quality results in a complex organizational environment
