Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Data Migration Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and coordinate activities for migration and quality assurance of purchasing-related data
- Establish detailed planning and follow-up for data management within the Source to Pay area
- Support operations in cleansing, enriching, and assuring the quality of procurement data
- Collaborate closely with the program’s Data Lead, global process owners, and internal data leaders
- Participate in test cycles (mock loads), including validation before and after data loads
- Contribute to the development of processes for master data management in sourcing and procurement
- Help establish governance and organizational structures for master data management
- Support operations during hypercare following go-live
What you bring:
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of SAP in the procurement area
- Documented experience in master data management within procurement
- Experience from SAP implementation programs with a clear understanding of organizational challenges
- Ability to work effectively at both strategic and detailed levels
- Strong project planning skills and familiarity with agile or method-based ways of working
- Experience using Jira and Solution Manager
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Meritorious qualifications include experience with Ariba in Source to Pay processes, industry experience from the paper and pulp sector, and knowledge of Swedish
- Strong leadership with the ability to drive progress and results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a structured and responsible approach
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a holistic perspective
