Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Drive your own deliveries within mechanical design with independence and responsibility
Contribute fresh ideas and working methods to strengthen team development and efficiency
Ensure high quality in design and technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize integration between mechanics, electronics, and control systems

What you bring:

Extensive and documented experience in mechanical design, preferably across multiple industries and sectors
Strong knowledge of sheet metal bending, metalworking, and moving mechanical systems
Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS with the ability to use the tool effectively
Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks while contributing energy and commitment to the team
Strong focus on quality, delivering accurate and reliable results
Excellent collaboration skills with a social and positive approach that enhances the work environment
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the drive to contribute to customer success
Language skills: Swedish preferred, but English is acceptable for the right candidate

Merits:

Experience working with modularized products and effective product management
Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DfM), Design for Sustainability, and Design for Assembly (DfA)
Experience developing work methodologies and processes for design teams
