Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to design, deploy, and manage services in OpenShift
• Provide expert guidance on effective working methods, platform administration, and operations management
• Support the organization in log management, monitoring, and platform performance optimization
• Introduce best practices, document solutions, and disseminate knowledge across teams
• Identify opportunities and drive improvements in development and operations workflows
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of the OpenShift platform and related services

What you bring:

• Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift in production environments
• Knowledge of integration platforms such as IBM Fusion
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and microservice architectures
• Strong understanding of security, monitoring, and incident management in OpenShift environments
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and related tools and frameworks
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Helm, and GitOps
• Strong collaboration and pedagogical skills, with experience in knowledge transfer
• Ability to work closely with both development and operations teams
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Willingness to work on-site at least four days per week
