Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Collaborate with development and operations teams to design, deploy, and manage services in OpenShift
Provide expert guidance on effective working methods, platform administration, and operations management
Support the organization in log management, monitoring, and platform performance optimization
Introduce best practices, document solutions, and disseminate knowledge across teams
Identify opportunities and drive improvements in development and operations workflows
Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of the OpenShift platform and related services

What you bring:

Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift in production environments
Knowledge of integration platforms such as IBM Fusion
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and microservice architectures
Strong understanding of security, monitoring, and incident management in OpenShift environments
Experience with logging, monitoring, and related tools and frameworks
Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Helm, and GitOps
Strong collaboration and pedagogical skills, with experience in knowledge transfer
Ability to work closely with both development and operations teams
Fluent in English and Swedish.
Willingness to work on-site at least four days per week
