Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Collaborate with the E-commerce Product Owner to develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, feature specifications, and process flows
- Create visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders, aligned with brand guidelines and project goals
- Gather input from cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) to ensure accuracy and relevance of documentation and presentations
- Organize and maintain a centralized repository for product-related materials
- Research and apply best practices in product documentation and presentation to improve clarity and engagement
- Support workshops by preparing materials and synthesizing outcomes into actionable summaries
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in e-commerce or digital transformation
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Confluence)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in cross-functional agile teams
- Strong ability to document both technical and business processes clearly and precisely
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
Valued qualifications:
- Experience working in global organizations or with international teams
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to create user-friendly documentation
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital product development, or CRM systems
- Experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
