Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Drive requirements work across business processes, units, domains, and vendors with a focus on Asset Finance (Leasing).
- Serve as a thought leader by analyzing business and system processes, capabilities, and needs.
- Create, document, and manage business process documentation and features following BPM standards.
- Manage and administrate features in Jira, ensuring transparency and clear communication at all levels.
- Support and coach business users in defining business needs and ways of working.
- Facilitate the transformation to modern, digitalized business processes and ways of working.
- Drive features and identified gaps through internal alignment, feature refinement, and solution design to ensure that business processes are fully met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units (sales, finance, security, compliance) and vendors to develop analyses and documentation, ensuring effective communication with management, development, configuration, and test teams.
- Continuously evaluate current processes and propose improvements based on experience and best practices.
- Author, update, and deliver internal and external documentation and formally initiate requirements and documentation delivery.
What you bring:
- Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformations.
- Proven knowledge and experience in Banking and Leasing business; candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- Experience in Core Banking Transformations and working with CRM implementations.
- Familiarity with domains such as credit, payments, collections, and finance in the banking sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Expertise in Jira and strong administrative capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
