Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs
- Manage, monitor, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure high performance, scalability, and availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations
- Integrate ServiceNow with platforms such as Azure AD and Opera Cloud
- Contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with organizational goals
What you bring
- Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including modules, applications, and customization capabilities
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript with familiarity in HTML, CSS, and XML
- Solid understanding of database concepts with hands-on experience in SQL
- Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations, including Azure AD and Opera Cloud
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer (preferred)
- Additional certifications in ITIL, Agile, or related frameworks are an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor and support fellow developers
