Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Support Officer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Provide commercial and contract order administration support to the project team
- Manage weekly and monthly program routines, including customer demand tracking, reporting, and shipment documentation
- Review customer purchase orders for compliance with terms & conditions, pricing, delivery schedules, specifications, and legal requirements, and prepare corresponding sales orders and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order handling and support accurate forecasting processes
- Facilitate invoicing and manage overdue debt resolution, including direct communication with customers
- Support negotiations and implementation of customer changes, including data and pricing analysis
- Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial issues within internal processes and departments
- Ensure contractual obligations are clearly communicated and adhered to across stakeholders
- Coordinate and maintain effective commercial communications with internal and external parties
- Establish and manage robust document control systems internally and with customers
- Lead and manage stock take reconciliation activities for designated program areas
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a commercial or business support role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively
- Solid negotiation and organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style
- Ability to handle complex contractual and commercial processes in an international environment
