Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior M365/EntraID Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Support implementation and operations across M365, Entra ID, and Azure with a strong focus on delivery and efficiency
- Shorten lead times for supplier deliveries and enable faster production of reports and tenant actions
- Take clear responsibility for central areas including PKI, DNS, Entra ID reviews, phishing solutions, GitHub pipelines, Jira onboarding, and on-prem Active Directory
- Ensure proactive administration through account clean-ups, recurring reviews, and ongoing maintenance of identity tags
- Preserve knowledge of the organization’s sub-environments, legacy systems, and on-prem dependencies, ensuring proper management of their impact on the global Entra ID environment
- Act as a technical counterpart to suppliers, driving detailed changes and ensuring smooth collaboration
- Build and maintain operational solutions, reporting structures, and documentation to support both suppliers and internal stakeholders
What you bring:
- Strong experience in implementation and operations of M365, Entra ID, and Azure environments
- Proficiency in automation and reporting using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps
- Solid knowledge of PKI, certificate management, DNS, and hybrid Active Directory solutions
- Experience with Endpoint Management/Intune, including local permissions, compliance policies, application distribution, Autopilot, and pre-provisioning
- Understanding of SSE, SASE, and SD-WAN concepts and their relation to Entra ID and Intune certificates
- Ability to act as a hands-on technical expert and counterpart to suppliers
- Operational focus with a track record of building practical solutions and reporting structures rather than only architectural designs
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience working with MSPs and internal stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
