Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT Container Expert – Kubernetes to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Deploy, maintain, and manage Kubernetes clusters, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability
- Deploy, configure, and manage One MES systems and related components on Kubernetes
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues within the One MES infrastructure
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance
- Perform server administration, managing hardware, operating systems, user accounts, and network configurations
- Collaborate with internal project teams, business stakeholders, service teams, and vendors related to One MES
- Maintain compliance with corporate and industry standards, ensuring adherence to security protocols and data protection requirements
- Work closely with MES software vendors and Application Management Service providers to support the project
What you bring:
- Deep expertise in containerization and Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, automation, and monitoring of containerized applications
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and system management relevant to Container/Kubernetes, including ClickHouse, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon S3, MS SQL, and Windows Servers
- Experience with manufacturing IT environments is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively transfer knowledge and collaborate with team members
- Ability to introduce best practices and stay current with developments in the Kubernetes ecosystem
