Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Translate regulatory and internal cyber security requirements (e.g., NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/SAE 21434, R155) into prioritized, actionable tasks
  • Facilitate implementation through workshops, documentation support, and enabling local execution
  • Maintain and standardize templates, registers, and compliance artifacts to support audits and evidence tracking
  • Clarify RACI roles across local functions (Maintenance, IT, Automation) and support mapping of responsibilities
  • Drive technical follow-up on security baselines, vulnerability actions, and architecture-related requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes, ensuring sustained adoption within operational teams

What you bring:

  • Experience with IT/OT/Product cyber security, industrial IoT, and relevant regulatory frameworks (NIS2, R155, NIST)
  • Strong understanding of management systems, risk-based compliance, and process ownership
  • Ability to coordinate across domains, follow up on activities, and enable site-level teams
  • Balanced mix of technical and soft skills, with a proactive, hands-on, and collaborative mindset
