Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Accessibility Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Collaborate daily within an agile team of developers, designers, user researchers, and product owners to develop and maintain core accessibility features
- Support multiple development teams through code reviews, process improvements, and accessibility guidance
- Propose and drive initiatives to scale accessibility efforts and create more inclusive experiences
- Share knowledge through guidelines, training, and best practices to strengthen colleagues’ accessibility skills
- Spread accessibility awareness across the organization, supporting product teams with both new and existing features
- Identify opportunities to improve developer experience and remove barriers to building accessible solutions
What you bring:
- Strong understanding of WCAG criteria and established accessibility best practices
- Knowledge of the challenges people with disabilities face when using digital services
- Ability to distinguish between web accessibility and mobile app accessibility
- Comfortable using assistive technologies such as screen readers (VoiceOver, TalkBack, JAWS, NVDA) and accessibility features across platforms
- Experience reviewing and testing digital products from an accessibility perspective
- Solution-oriented full-stack development experience with a collaborative mindset
- Curiosity, humility, and a genuine interest in learning new techniques and growing with the team
