Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead data governance and data management initiatives to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across the organization.
- Investigate existing data domains to identify issues, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Define and implement a unified data vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization.
- Form and lead a core data governance team to support ongoing and future data-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and data objectives.
- Establish and enforce data policies, standards, and procedures covering data lifecycle management, quality, compliance, storage, and disposal.
- Provide mentorship and training to stakeholders on data governance principles and best practices.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with modern data management tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
